This policy explains what data Revmaze ("we", "us") collects and how we use it, both for revmaze.com visitors and for the outbound campaigns we run on behalf of our clients.
Data we collect from this website
- Basic technical data (browser, device, referring page) via standard web server logs.
- Any information you submit directly to us — for example, your name and email when you book a call via Calendly or email prem@revmaze.com.
We do not use tracking pixels, ad retargeting, or sell visitor data to third parties.
Data we handle on behalf of clients
As part of running outbound campaigns, we process B2B contact data (name, work email, company, role) sourced from verified B2B data providers. This data is used solely to run the outreach campaigns our clients commission — never resold, and never shared outside the scope of that engagement.
- We use dedicated sending domains and domain warm-up so that outreach is never sent from a client's primary domain.
- Every campaign maintains system-wide opt-out logging: once a recipient opts out or unsubscribes, they are suppressed across all future outreach.
- We monitor deliverability and sending reputation daily.
Compliance
We operate in compliance with GDPR (for EU data subjects) and CAN-SPAM (for US-directed email). This includes honoring opt-out requests promptly, including required sender identification and unsubscribe mechanisms in outbound email, and using only verified, legitimately sourced B2B contact data.
Your rights
If you are a recipient of outreach run by Revmaze on behalf of a client, or a visitor to this site, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or opt out of further contact, at any time by emailing prem@revmaze.com.
